IN NO EVENT SHALL LLGM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ANCILLARY TO THE SERVICES. LLGM WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGE, LIABILITY OR LOSS THAT YOU MAY INCUR, OR FOR ANY OTHER UNDESIRABLE CONSEQUENCES, RESULTING FROM: (1) ANY SUSPENSION OR DISRUPTION OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WHERE SUCH SUSPENSION OR DISRUPTION RESULTS FROM LLGM’ NEGLIGENCE, (2) ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF LLGM SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (5) INADEQUATE OR FAULTY HARDWARE OPERATING THE SERVICE, (6) USER INFORMATION (7) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT; OR (8) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT WHEREIN SUCH CONTENT IS POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE.
